ToKToday is a learning resource for students and teachers of the IB Theory of Knowledge course. ToKToday hopes to make ToK more accessible for students and teachers. We aim to do this by providing accessible and effective resources for both the learning and teaching of ToK.

Why ToK Today?

I believe that ToK is the keystone subject in the IB Diploma. Further, I believe that ToK is crucial for creating better solutions for many contemporary challenges.

I created ToKToday to provide accessible resources for learning and teaching in ToK so that ToK Teachers and ToK students can further develop this most special subject.

The Story

I taught in publicly funded schools in central London for 12 years, taking on a number of roles including Head of Faculty, Director in a Sixth Form Consortium and Assistant Principal.

I left London in 2005 to become the founding IB Diploma Coordinator at a large international school in Hong Kong, a role I enjoyed for 8 years.

After a short stint at an IB school in Malaysia I was appointed IB Diploma Coordinator at an IB through school in Thailand, a role I enjoyed for 7 years.
